The Yogadhama School of Yoga is guided by Sri O.P TIWARI.  Our teaching practices stem from the culture of Indian Yoga  studied in depth by the yogis MADHAVADAS MAHARAJ and Swami KUVALAYANANDA. This culture includes the traditional Indian practices which remain faithful to the fundamental texts of Yoga, of which the main ones are : YOGA SUTRAS by PATANJALI, HATHA PRADIPIKA, and GHERANDA SAMHITA. We also incorporate the knowledge brought to us by the scientific studies carried out at KAIVALYADHAMA YOGA INSTITUTE in India.

By nature, we are keen on precision and clarity and aim to support each student in his or her personal development, so these practices are taught with the utmost care. Each practice is approached progressively with great attention to detail, especially the Pranayama techniques. With sincere and regular practice each student can directly experience their beneficial effects.

Patanjali

The commentaries on the ancient texts bring them to life and give a better understanding of  what we do and why we do it. More widely, we can say that Yoga philosophy gives an enthralling enlightenment on human life bringing with it the ancient wisdom of the Rishis - the sages of olden times.

YOGADHAMA has three teaching centres : in the Paris region (week-end courses), in the Hérault and in the Cévennes (weekly courses and seminars).

Sri O.P. TIWARI teaches during a residential seminar in July every year.
